Claimant Relations
Our Claimant Relations Department supports claimants and law firms that are navigating the claims process. Claimant Relations quickly and accurately responds to all inquiries, providing welcome comfort and clarity about the often-complicated world of claims processing.
Information Technology
We know that DCPF clients entrust us with very sensitive data, and we take this responsibility seriously. Information and data security are major priorities for us, and we constantly and vigilantly seek to solidify and improve our already multi-layered approach to data security.
Training
Our concentration on quality requires us to make sure everybody is on the same page. By ensuring our staff has all of the information they need when they need it, we allow them to do their jobs really, really well.
