Our Web Support Department is comprised of highly skilled and experienced individuals that play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the facility. The department also provides support in the development of our systems while providing system-based support to all users. Web Support responds quickly to user inquiries and offers system training to law firms and staff users. The department also provides support for bulk claim filing via Web Services and our Bulk Upload application.
The team maintains our online claims management system, providing access and training to law firms and facility users. The department is responsible for creating law firm system accounts, managing trust access, and resetting firm administrator passwords. The department is also responsible for researching firms prior to granting access to the system. This is done as a security measure to ensure that firm users are properly vetted prior to having access to our system.
Our online claims management system receives regularly scheduled maintenance and updates to enhance the user experience. The Web Support department plays an important role in testing these updates to ensure that they have been implemented properly and the system is functioning as expected. They also bridge the gap between the development team and the end users by communicating with both sides to make sure the system enhancements meet the needs of all users.
Firms have several options for filing claims in bulk. The Web Support department maintains and distributes our Bulk Upload Tool, a proprietary application that allows firm users to create and edit claims in bulk. In addition, we provide a platform for firms to manage their claims via Web Services while working directly with their developers to get them up and running.
