The Armstrong World Industries Asbestos Trust was established under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code to resolve all asbestos claims for which the AWI Company has legal responsibility.

The Babcock & Wilcox Asbestos Trust was formed in 2006 as a result of the bankruptcy of The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Diamond Power International, Inc., Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co., Inc., and Americon, Inc.

Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust is organized to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims. The Trust was founded February 1, 1998 as a result of the bankruptcy of Celotex Corporation and Carey Canada Incorporated.

The Owens Corning Fibreboard Asbestos Personal Injury Trust was formed in October 31, 2006 as a result of the bankruptcy of Owens Corning and its wholly owned subsidiary Fibreboard to resolve all asbestos claims for which those entities had legal responsibility.

DII Industries, LLC Asbestos PI Trust was created on January 20, 2005, in connection with confirmation of the Chapter 11 Joint Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) for DII Industries, LLC, formerly Dresser Industries, and certain of its affiliated debtors and debtors-in-possession.

The Federal-Mogul Trust was formed in 2007 as a result of the bankruptcy of Federal-Mogul and its affiliates. As explained more fully in the TDP, the Trust is comprised of four unique subfunds: the T&N Subfund, the FMP Subfund, the Fel-Pro Subfund, and the Vellumoid Subfund.

The Flintkote Asbestos Trust (“the Trust”) has been established under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to resolve all “Asbestos Personal Injury Claims” as defined in the Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization in respect of the The Flintkote Company and Flintkote Mines Limited (As Modified) (“Plan”).

The United States Gypsum Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust was established under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code to resolve all asbestos claims for which the USG Company has legal responsibility.

The Pittsburgh Corning Corporation Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust (“the Trust”) has been established under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to resolve all “Asbestos Personal Injury Claims” as defined in the Modified Third Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization (As Modified by the Technical Amendments) (the “Plan”).

The WRG Asbestos PI Trust provides for the resolution of Asbestos PI Claims as defined in the First Amended Joint Plan or Reorganization. The purpose of the PI Trust is to assume all liabilities and responsibility for all PI Trust Claims.

The Owens-Illinois Asbestos Personal Injury Trust was formed in 2022 as a result of the bankruptcy of Paddock Enterprises, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiaries to resolve all asbestos claims for which those entities had legal responsibility.

The Rapid-American Asbestos Personal Injury Liquidating Trust has been established under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to resolve all “Asbestos PI Claims” as defined in the Plan of Liquidation of Rapid-American Corporation, dated as of June 4, 2021.
