The department also provides support in the development of our systems while providing system-based support to all users. Web Support responds quickly to user inquiries and offers system training to law firms and staff users. The department also provides support for bulk claim filing via Web Services and our Bulk Upload application.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column]<div class=\"vcex-module vcex-heading vcex-heading-bottom-border-w-color\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-weight:700;\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner clr\" style=\"border-color:#437ec7;\">Online Administration<\/span><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221;]The team maintains our online claims management system, providing access and training to law firms and facility users. The department is responsible for creating law firm system accounts, managing trust access, and resetting firm administrator passwords. The department is also responsible for researching firms prior to granting access to the system. The Web Support department plays an important role in testing these updates to ensure that they have been implemented properly and the system is functioning as expected. The Web Support department maintains and distributes our Bulk Upload Tool, a proprietary application that allows firm users to create and edit claims in bulk.
