Our diverse team customizes multifaceted, proprietary systems to resolve complex litigation settlements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">As one of the country\u2019s largest mass-tort claim businesses, DCPF\u2019s foundation is rooted in 20 years of broad, comprehensive knowledge and deep experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">The Delaware Claims Processing Facility LLC, was founded in 2006, and began taking on claims from its predecessor, the Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust Claim Facility (Celotex), founded in 1998.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Over the past two decades, the DCPF has effectively processed millions of claims for 12 asbestos settlement trusts.
